About Chris
Hey! My name is Chris and the Results Coach who's lifting the MedTech industry out of the stress epidemic. I use a scientifically-backed methodology known as Meta Dynamics which is a combination of Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology and Gestalt Therapy. I dynamically switch between the disciplines to get the best results for my clients.
Previously, I coached for the International Coaching Institute and have practiced 300+ hours of transformational coaching. I have endless drive to create positive change for fellow engineers and product designers.
How Long Does It Take?
Every client is unique, but we typically recommend at least six months of coaching.
How Do We Start?
Start by reserving your free 30-minute strategy session. During that session you will identify three to five current barriers and limiting beliefs. Then you'll set challenging goals and begin defining a vision for your success. After your session, you can sign up for coaching.
How Does Coaching Work?

Step 1:
Identify Limiting Beliefs
In the initial sessions you will uncover the limiting beliefs you will identify limiting beliefs that are holding you back from unlocking an extraordinary life.

Step 2:
Overcome The Beliefs
You will work on developing patterns to help you overcome these beliefs and achieve breakthroughs. These patterns will become regular habits that you can use for every part of your life – not just to specific goal you came to coaching to work toward.

Step 3:
Achieve Your Goals
Finally, you will work to reinforce your new patterns and use them to achieve the goals. As you achieve goals, your coach will celebrate your successes with you and help you set new goals to tackle.
